Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS software
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Adhere to quality control standards and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with cycle counts and warehouse optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation for consistent evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
