Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises and monitor surveillance systems during evening shifts
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations
- Access control management and visitor verification
- Prepare detailed incident reports and shift documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance reports
- Maintain professional communication with night-shift staff and management
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or customer service experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 8-hour shifts
- Strong observational skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and reporting systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if transporting staff)
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
