Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak weekend night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage inventory restocking, planogram compliance, and warehouse organization
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Implement store security protocols and monitor surveillance systems
- Collaborate with overnight crew for merchandising and floor resets
- Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot operational issues
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend nights (Friday/Saturday/Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous retail, hospitality, or security experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear background check and drug-free certification
