Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in quality control checks and defect resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Parkway
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability (4-5 shifts weekly, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Preferred: 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
