What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Operations Associate, you will be the frontline of our support network, ensuring seamless service for our clients during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night and weekend shifts.
- Process transactions and data entry with 99.9% accuracy to maintain client trust.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance standards and compliance protocols.
- Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to senior management.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) and Weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
