As a Night Shift Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate digital records for our healthcare clients. This role offers stable hours (11 PM - 7 AM) with premium pay differentials and full benefits after 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage confidential patient data into electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Perform daily data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume medical documents with strict HIPAA compliance protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and escalate data discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with version control procedures
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to resolve data integrity issues
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy (testing provided)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
