Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update customer and inventory data into our database systems with 99% accuracy.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Identify and correct errors in data entry, ensuring high-quality output standards.
- Sort, organize, and file data records in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the data entry workspace.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding data discrepancies or urgent updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support roles.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM (words per minute).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
