Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% precision using dual-monitor workstations
- Generate daily audit reports and reconcile discrepancies within 4-hour SLAs
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive client information
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve data discrepancies during shift transitions
- Maintain 100% confidentiality of proprietary client datasets
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) for data validation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associates degree in Data Management or equivalent certification
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Reliable transportation for night shift commute (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred for data extraction tasks
