Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain digital records in company databases
- Verify and cross-reference data for consistency and completeness
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly deadlines
- Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and proprietary software for data management
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for team leads
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Proficient in typing (35+ WPM preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Comfortable working independently during night hours
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
