Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% precision standards
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial and operational records
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and reporting
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover transitions
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies to senior analysts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years high-volume data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per minute typing speed
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)

- Ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts (12 AM - 8 AM)
