Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data into company databases and management systems.
- Review data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and correct them immediately.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Perform periodic quality assurance checks on completed data entries.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or urgent issues.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work the night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
