Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and inventory data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of entered information to minimize errors and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Operate and troubleshoot provided equipment to ensure continuous workflow during night shifts.
- Report any data anomalies or system issues to the night shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the morning team to transfer completed batches and resolve pending entries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
