Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high-volume transactional data into proprietary systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with precision
- Adhere to established quality control protocols and SLAs
- Utilize provided ergonomic equipment for extended shifts
- Collaborate with day-team via digital communication tools
- Participate in monthly accuracy training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel required)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High-speed home internet connection (25+ Mbps)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings
