Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Process high-volume transactions with zero tolerance for errors
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information (HIPAA/GDPR compliant)
- Perform routine data audits to ensure system integrity
- Collaborate with offshore teams during crossover hours
- Adhere to ISO 27001 security protocols
- Train on new software quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience
- Typing speed ≥ 60 WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check & drug screen required
- Reliable transportation to Tech Park location
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
