Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical business data in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records with strict adherence to deadlines
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly data reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Utilize Excel and proprietary software for complex data manipulation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
