- Process high-volume transactions including invoices, inventory records, and client information
- Generate daily productivity reports and data quality metrics for management review
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless data synchronization across time zones
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and GDPR data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5% accuracy under pressure with tight deadlines
