Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain complex datasets using proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Perform daily quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting nightly productivity benchmarks
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to department managers
- Implement data integrity protocols and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and database management
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for data reconciliation tasks
- Familiarity with Alaskan industry data standards a plus
