Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update 500+ daily transactions in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation using triple-check protocols
- Generate nightly reconciliation reports for finance team
- Maintain secure digital document archives
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlap periods
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screening required
- Spanish bilingual preferred for local market
- Experience with inventory management systems a plus
