Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in proprietary databases
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize provided equipment including dual-monitor workstations and specialized software
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy (test required)
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Reliable transportation to our Las Vegas facility
- No equipment required – all tools provided by employer
- Ability to sit for extended periods in ergonomic workstations
