Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases with 99%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions following strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily reports and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with day team during shift transitions
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize Excel and proprietary software for data manipulation
- Identify and escalate data anomalies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 10,000+ keystur accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of database systems preferred
