Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data in proprietary systems
- Verify source documents against digital entries to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process daily transaction logs, customer records, and inventory reports
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR protocols for sensitive information handling
- Collaborate with day-team staff during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Utilize 10-key typing and optical character recognition (OCR) tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 7,500+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection skills
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sunday-Thursday)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases is a plus
