Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain client databases using proprietary software
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate daily productivity reports and audit trails
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Train on new software systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Keen attention to detail with error rate < 0.1%
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 70+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Comfortable working overnight shifts consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screen required
