Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple secure systems
- Perform comprehensive data validation and quality assurance checks
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports with zero-error tolerance
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handoffs
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Optimize data entry workflows using proprietary software tools
- Document and resolve data discrepancies with precision
- Train on emerging data management technologies quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour typing accuracy
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5%+ accuracy rate
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
