Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Generate daily/weekly reports and performance metrics for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Utilize MS Excel and proprietary software for data manipulation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data entry or similar role
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
