Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume financial and operational data across multiple platforms
- Perform daily reconciliation of records with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and proprietary software for data analysis
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and SOX compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight handoffs
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent errors
- Generate nightly performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Proven ability to maintain 100% accuracy under pressure
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a strong plus
