Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Process high-volume transaction records with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Perform daily data reconciliation and exception reporting
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Type 60+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
