Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and SQL
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data transitions
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Train on new data management protocols quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 99.9% accuracy
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Riverside facility
