Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data integrity and compliance standards
- Process high-volume transactions with strict attention to detail and confidentiality
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers and issue resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR protocols when handling sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field
