Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain confidential data in proprietary systems with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Perform quality assurance checks using automated validation tools
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless data handovers
- Utilize provided ergonomic equipment to maintain ergonomic standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with error detection skills
- Basic knowledge of database structures (SQL/NoSQL preferred)
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
