Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems with 99%+ precision
- Process high-volume transactions while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards
- Verify source documents and resolve data discrepancies through systematic research
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics for team leads
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Collaborate with day-team staff for seamless data handovers and continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience or equivalent typing certification
- Proven accuracy rate of 98%+ in data processing tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 50+ WPM with error-free performance
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems highly desirable
