Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and product information into our database systems.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in incoming data to ensure high-quality standards.
- Perform regular quality checks and data reconciliation tasks.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports based on entered data.
- Assist in archiving digital records and organizing physical files as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience with data entry and computer navigation.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work the night shift (shift hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
