Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify client data into proprietary CRM systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of inventory and transaction records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information
- Generate daily performance reports and data quality metrics
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and escalate critical issues
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handover
- Adhere to HIPAA and PCI compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of data encryption protocols
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
