Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer data, order information, and account details into our secure database systems.
- Review and verify all data entries for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before final submission.
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in data entry logs immediately.
- Generate and distribute daily or weekly reports to management as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Assist with light administrative tasks and document management during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum typing speed of 40-45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to our Miami location.
