As a Night Shift Specialist, you will:
- Provide top-tier customer support to clients via phone, chat, and email during evening hours.
- Resolve technical inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Answer and manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for end-users.

Qualifications
