Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, chat, and email during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases meticulously using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with global support teams during peak hours
- Escalate critical issues to Tier 2 engineers with precision
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years technical support experience in IT helpdesk or BPO
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Availability for 4-5 evening shifts weekly (30+ hours)
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
