Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-star customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Manage reservation systems and update guest profiles in real-time
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless service transitions
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and uphold security protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement of guest experience metrics
- Adhere to all health/safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability between 5 PM - 1 PM (weekends required)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation software
