Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patrons during evening hours.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale systems.
- Ensure the sales floor and service areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and upsell opportunities.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking during off-peak times.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
