Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and payment processing with efficiency and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment throughout your shift.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
