Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences during evening/night hours
- Manage check-ins and checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security protocols and maintain a safe environment
- Coordinate with overnight staff for seamless operations
- Prepare nightly reports and maintain accurate records
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for evening functions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Available to work flexible evening/night shifts (PM-AM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid NYC Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US
- Excellent knowledge of NYC neighborhoods and attractions
