The Role:
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately during the off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, sort, and organize incoming stock with precision and speed.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; no prior experience required for entry-level roles.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evening shifts, typically between 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic English reading and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Open to students and those seeking part-time evening work.
