Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and maintain safe premises
- Assist with inventory management and stocking tasks
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Complete daily operational logs and reports
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Valid NY state ID or driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
