Responsibilities
- Execute inbound and outbound picking and packing operations during assigned evening shifts.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and productivity goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse role but preferred).
