Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and communication channels during evening and night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and record management to ensure seamless workflow.
- Conduct routine security checks and facility inspections as required.
- Assist in inventory management and order processing for the late shift.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via phone and email.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or support roles is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
