Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols and monitor surveillance systems across assigned properties
- Respond promptly to security alerts and emergency situations
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Operate access control systems and verify visitor credentials
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Perform property inspections for safety hazards
- Maintain radio communication with central monitoring station
Qualifications
- Texas Class D Security License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with surveillance technology and reporting software
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Must pass comprehensive background check
