- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations during evening shifts
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare accurate financial reports
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Monitor security systems and building access during overnight hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and financial data
- Perform nightly audits of front desk and point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Valid Nevada driver's license (if required for property access)
