Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial reports
- Check guests in/out and handle special requests during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports for management
- Assist with managing reservation systems and occupancy data
- Address guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Maintain accurate records of all nightly activities
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation
- Proficient with reservation software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during late-night shifts
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
