Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation including cash handling, credit card processing, and report generation
- Check in/out guests with efficiency and professionalism during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and building access throughout the night
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight needs
- Prepare daily financial summaries for management review
- Complete safety inspections and incident documentation as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or accounting coursework preferred
- Previous hotel or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
