Responsibilities
- Manage circulation desk operations including check-outs, returns, and fines
- Assist patrons with digital resources, research databases, and technology
- Organize and maintain library collections using cataloging systems
- Develop and implement engaging community programs and events
- Support interlibrary loan processes and resource sharing
- Maintain clean, accessible library spaces and equipment
- Collaborate with librarians on special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new technologies
