Responsibilities

  • Assist library patrons with reference inquiries, research, and computer usage.
  • Shelve and organize library materials, including books, periodicals, and digital media, according to the Dewey Decimal System.
  • Manage the circulation desk, including check-ins, check-outs, fines, and holds.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for library computers, printers, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Support digital literacy programs by assisting patrons with e-readers and mobile devices.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of library stacks and public spaces.
  • Assist in the cataloging and processing of new acquisitions.

Qualifications
