Responsibilities
- Manage circulation desk operations using provided library management software
- Assist patrons with digital resources using library-provided computers and devices
- Organize and maintain physical/digital collections using cataloging systems
- Implement children's and adult programs using provided AV equipment
- Process interlibrary loans using specialized networking tools
- Maintain equipment inventory and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; library science certification preferred
- Experience with library systems (ILS) or provided cataloging software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital resource platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate library equipment including scanners, printers, and AV systems
- Basic knowledge of Dewey Decimal System or provided classification tools
- Valid Nevada driver's license for outreach programs
